I work for a non-partisan non-profit defense policy thinktank. (In the spirit of full disclosure I believe the organization I work for has, in the past, received about equal funding from both Boeing and Northrop Grumman, the two competitors for the tanker contract. Due to our taking a principled stand on this issue such funding may not be true in the future.)
